at the end of November everything starts to rush: “−70%”, “today only”, “hurry”. In our atelier on Totorių these days feel like any other — a soft smell of coffee, balls of red yarn on the table, and one of our craftswomen knitting another heart. Slowly, stitch by stitch.
I thought for a long time about whether to do Black Friday. And I realised I don’t want to. Let me tell you why — honestly, as I would tell a friend.
Every heart has been held in someone’s hands
One heart takes 20–30 minutes. It is knitted by me or by the craftswomen we have worked with for years — they put a little piece of themselves into every stitch. A 50% discount would mean asking them to work twice as fast or earn half as much. I can’t do that — it wouldn’t be fair to them, or to you.
Our price is the same all year round
We have never raised prices only to “cut” them beautifully later. A sweater you buy in November costs the same as in March — simply because that is what good yarn, handwork and the box we wrap it in really cost.
Fewer things, but loved ones
I would love our pieces not to get lost among impulse buys, but to become the one — warm and familiar, the one you wear to see off winter and to meet friends, and the one your mum will definitely ask to borrow.
Instead of a discount — a little care
- We embroider your word, name or date — for free, always, not only in November.
- We wrap it in our box and write the card by hand — all that’s left is to give it.
- Free EU shipping on orders from €150.
- For Christmas delivery, message us by 10 December.
