Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place an order. If for your country it is impossible to calculate the cost of delivery in advance, in this case we will individually calculate the cost of delivery after placing the order and separately form an additional payment for delivery.
After placing the order our manager will contact you and you will be able to make changes in the address and delivery method (you can also do this when placing the order in the "comments" field).
It is important for us to provide a truly quality service. That's why we will do any repair, replacement or return without bureaucratic procedures. You simply come to our store, write to us by email, Instagram or messenger, and we will formalize everything. In case of a manufacturing defect, we take care of all shipping costs.
We always try to meet the customer's needs and make the return and dispute resolution process as easy as possible. So just contact us if there is something wrong with the product you bought from us.
You can ask a question or leave a request for a refund in any convenient way: by writing to us in social networks, via messengers, phone or e-mail [email protected].
If the defective goods were sold to the buyer without first discussing their defects, the buyer has the right:
- replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of corresponding quality;
- to reduce the price of the product accordingly;
- to return the money paid for the product.
In case of returning an item of improper quality, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If it is determined that the item was damaged through the buyer's fault, the item will be returned to the buyer only after payment of return costs, re-shipment (if the buyer does not wish to pick up the item at the store) and quality assessment, if any.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible only in accordance with the approved Government Decree of 2001-06-17 no. 697 on the rules of Retail Trade, in the prescribed manner. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer (delivery costs of the returned goods are not refundable).
Conditions for the return of goods of proper quality:
- the returned goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging;
- the goods shall not be damaged by the Buyer;
- the trade dress must be preserved (if the goods were sealed in the assay office, the seal must be on the goods, labels and protective films must not be damaged, the surface of the goods must not be scratched, the set or other elements of the goods must not be changed, etc.).
In case of return or replacement of goods of proper quality, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the item.

Before returning the goods, but no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods, the buyer must inform the return of the goods in one of the following ways:

- send an e-mail to [email protected]The following information should be included: name and surname of the buyer, the address from where the defective goods can be picked up, the date (working day) when the goods can be picked up, all possible contact details (phone number, e-mail address), the order number, the date of purchase and receipt, the amount paid, the name of the goods and information about the defects found.
Upon receipt of this information, our staff will immediately contact the buyer and resolve any necessary issues. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete.
The printed and completed return form must be enclosed in the packaging of the returned goods. In this way, the returned goods will be identified faster and the return process will be shorter.
10MOTIFS will cover the costs of returning goods of improper quality and replacing them with quality items.
